On February 11, 2008, PSA
301 Officer Boehler
received an Operation
LiveLink call from a
woman who had been assaulted
by her boyfriend.
Officer Joe Boehler had
Officer Ivan Quiles
reach out to the woman and a
suspect was identified.
Officer Quiles, along with
Officer Larry Garrett,
located the suspect and
placed him under arrest on
February 12, 2009.
The suspect was released but
was issued a stay away order
from Mt. Pleasant. On
February 16, 2009, Officer
Garrett observed the suspect
on Mt. Pleasant St. and
arrested him for violating
the court ordered stay away.

LiveLink in partnership with
MPD to enhance community
policing, improve response
time when reporting crime
incidents or suspicious
activity to the police, and
provide the police with a
tool to do their job better.
